Cancellations

Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at 0521 Hair Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

By booking and receiving any service at 0521 Hair Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Booking

All promotions are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be entertained for promotional services.

Stylist selection is not available for promotional packages unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of 0521 Hair Salon.
2. Salon Rights

0521 Hair Salon reserves the right to:

Refuse service to any customer who displays inappropriate behavior or does not adhere to our policies.

Cancel or reschedule appointments without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, stylist availability, salon maintenance, etc.).

Use photos or videos taken during your appointment for social media and marketing purposes, unless customers opt out before the service begins.

Modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Limitations

Promotional prices do not include bleaching, color correction, or chemical treatments unless specifically stated.

Additional charges will apply for:

Hair lengths exceeding mid-back

Additional product usage (e.g., extra tubes of color)

Requests for specific techniques or upgrades

4. Refunds & Redos

All services are non-refundable once completed.

We offer a 7-day grace period for minor adjustments if you are dissatisfied with your results. This excludes changes of mind or damage caused by external factors (e.g., self-styling, swimming, improper aftercare).

Redos must be assessed and approved by our salon team.
5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for disclosing all relevant hair history (e.g., previous bleaching, rebonding, perming, etc.) before any service begins.

0521 Hair Salon will not be liable for outcomes affected by undisclosed hair conditions or pre-existing damage.

By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved with chemical or coloring treatments.
6. Liability Waiver

0521 Hair Salon shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivity, or damage resulting from services rendered when proper information was not provided by the customer.

Customers agree not to pursue compensation for dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences, miscommunication, or misunderstandings after the service is completed.
